Bournedale Village Inn has a variety of room types to fit many visitor needs. The Inn has Standard rooms with kitchenettes, Full Kitchen Rooms and a Cape Cod style Cottage Suite.
Standard Double Room
This room has two double beds with comfortable bedding when nights are warm and extra blankets when they are cool. A dresser and closet are available for personnel belongings, as well as, bedside tables for additional storage.

Full Kitchen Room
The room has a studio apartment feel with a separate dining space and a full kitchen. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, sink and stove. Guests are able to cook full meals and store groceries for extended stays. The kitchen is supplied with utensils, dishes, mugs, pots and pans.

Motel Rules
- Payments and Refunds Terms: Any refunds, if applicable, will be made 48 hours after the time of approval, but may take longer due to bank processing times.
- Smoking Policy: All rooms are non-smoking; this includes E-Cigarettes and Marijuana. The motel respectfully requests that motel guests do not smoke in rooms .
- Traveling with Pets: Unfortunately, at this time we do not allow pets from orders of the town of Bourne regulations.
- Parking: Each room reservation comes with one free designated parking spot. Each spot is located just outside each room for easy loading and unloading. Spaces are limited, so please let us know if you have more than one vehicle. Proximity parking to your room(s) is limited to one vehicle per reservation. Additional parking is available upon request

COVID-19 Making Reservations and Checking In

Payments for your stay can be made on the day of arrival. When you arrive please give us a call or ring the doorbell.

Advanced check-in is available for credit card payers. We will provide you with your room number, and the time your room will be available. The doors will be unlocked and the keys will be inside the room on the dresser or desk.

Check-out time is 11 am. Please leave your keys in the room. If you need a receipt please let us know the night prior to your departure and we will leave a receipt in an envelope taped to your door.

Room Service will be provided only upon request. We are happy to provide more linens if needed simply give us a call and we can work out the details.
Check-in and Check-out Information
- Check-in & out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM, Check-out is at 11:00 AM
- Late Arrivals: We are happy to accommodate late arrivals with notification.
- Late Departures: We cannot allow late departures .
- Early Departures: There are no refunds for early departures.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations will be held with the understanding that payment is expected for the duration of agreed upon time period.

No charges will be made to the card until the arrival date.

Failure to arrive without a 3-day cancellation notice will assess a non-refundable fee in the dollar amount of the first night stay.

The cancellation charge will be applied to the card on file. No authorization needed.

You may cancel your reservation up to 3 days prior to your arrival date at no charge.

COVID-19 Cleaning and Protection Plan
We feel it’s important to let our guests know how we plan on keeping them safe.
- Linens – While it may be common practice in the hospitality industry for the middle blanket and coverlet/bedspread to be used for a certain length of time before washing, we will be changing ALL bed and bathroom linens between guests. This includes the middle blanket, coverlet/bedspread, and any unused towels.
- Sanitizing – During our cleaning process, we sanitize all hard surface furniture, doorknobs, handles, light fixtures, and anywhere else we think a guest may touch. We use Spic and Span Disinfecting All-Purpose Spray for the room and Comet with Bleach spray for the bathrooms.
