Directions Traveling From Route 3: Boston and South Shore Massachusetts
1. Find the most direct route to Route 3 South.
2. Continue on Route 3 and take exit 1A (right before the Bourne Bridge do not go over bridge)
3. US-6W toward Buzzards Bay/Falmouth/Scusset Beach Road
4. Continue through first light
5. The entrance to the Motel will be on your right and is before the second light.
6. Guests are able to access the back entrance of Motel by taking a right at the light and then take the very first right. The office is located in the large colonial house as you enter the driveway.
Directions Traveling From Route 495: Central and Western Massachusetts
1. Find the most direct route to Route 495.
2. As you enter Route 495, turn south and drive until that route becomes Route 25. 3. Take exit 3 to Buzzards Bay
4. Follow the rotary approximately three-quarters of the way around and turn right onto Route 6 East parallel to the Canal.
5. Continue through two sets of lights and at the third set of lights turn left onto Bourndale Road.
6. At the end of the road you will be facing “The Butterfly Shop” take a right.
7. The Motel entrance is the first right. The office is located in the large colonial house as you enter driveway.
Family run with a family restaurant on site which is open April thru September. Great spot for fishing and biking and also affordable. Easy access to other Cape towns as well as Plymouth. BBB
